Refund policy

A 30-day return policy applies. This allows you 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned prior to requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.



exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, including perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, plants), customized items (e.g. special orders, personalized items), and hygiene products (e.g. beauty supplies). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted for return. If you have any questions about a particular item, please contact us.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item(s) and purchase a new item(s) separately after your return has been accepted.



14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if Merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without showing good cause. As above, but the merchandise must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with the tags attached and in the original packaging. Receipts or proof of purchase are also required.



Refunds.
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. You will also be notified if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and pay your refund.
